These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the L’ART DE L’AUTOMOBILE website.
ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS
Products offered include fashion items, accessories and objects related to the brand universe. Certain items may be released as limited editions, collaborations or capsule collections.
ARTICLE 3 — AVAILABILITY
Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer may receive a refund or exchange when possible.
ARTICLE 4 — PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including VAT. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout. Import duties may apply outside the European Union.
ARTICLE 5 — ORDERS
An order becomes final once the cart is validated, the terms accepted and payment completed. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
ARTICLE 6 — QUANTITY LIMITATION
L’ART DE L’AUTOMOBILE reserves the right to limit quantities per order and cancel suspicious or automated orders.
ARTICLE 7 — PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. Payments are securely processed via the payment providers available on the platform.
ARTICLE 8 — SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.
ARTICLE 9 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
ARTICLE 10 — RETURNS
Return requests must be sent to: lartservice@lartdelautomobile.fr Incomplete or damaged returns may be refused.
ARTICLE 11 — LEGAL WARRANTIES
Products benefit from the legal warranties provided under French law, including conformity and hidden defect warranties.
ARTICLE 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website including trademarks, designs, visuals and content are protected by intellectual property laws.
ARTICLE 13 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
L’ART DE L’AUTOMOBILE shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or products.
